Exchange Policy
Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving it. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after the seven-day period has passed.
- To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used or benefited from by the consumer. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
- The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and the responsibility of delivering the product to the shipping company.
- In cases of defects or incorrect items, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made or manufactured according to the consumer’s specific request or specifications, except in cases where the product is defective or differs from the agreed specifications.
Return Policy

The consumer is not entitled to return the product after the seven-day period has passed.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used or benefited from by the consumer. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the return to ensure its condition.
- The consumer shall bear the costs associated with the return process. For international returns, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and the responsibility of delivering the product to the shipping company.
- In cases of defects or incorrect items, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.
The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made or manufactured according to the consumer’s specific request or specifications, except in cases where the product is defective or differs from the agreed specifications.
- If the defect in the product was caused by misuse or mishandling by the consumer.
